Take A Chance On Me

We are a not for profit social enterprise which works with employers to save them the time and money associated with finding suitable candidates for employment and volunteering opportunities.

Our aim is to help the furthest from employment (but not exclusively) off benefits and into meaningful work when they are ready.

We provide a range of 121 coaching, group sessions to help inspire people to actively seeing employment as a real, achievable ambition.

Over the last six years we have created and successfully run many employment and volunteering projects. During Covid we diversified to set up a food bank and after delivering over 52000 food parcels we began to feel that we were enabling some people to stay on benefits rather than seek employment. We understand that this is not in all cases.

Working with employers to help them find the right interview candidates and supporting people with our projects is designed to bridge that gap and get people interview ready when the right position becomes available.

Our reputation is based on employers feeding back that who we sent for interview, was suitable for interview, even if they didn't get offered the position. We make sure we understand the business and the candidate to ensure their is a match.
