Why the community needs us
Our projects support all ages and abilities across our communities including the most vulnerable and hard to reach, supporting health and reducing anxiety and loneliness. Developing an ethos of skill sharing, fostering kindness and compassion, new understandings, increased confidence and resilience, supporting the growth of new friendships, sense of belonging, happiness and hope. We have a strong ethos of volunteering and supporting volunteers, building community to support wellbeing,

Our projects offer a person centred approach,  supporting the specific interests and people living with health issues, anxiety, depression, disability and anxiety, empowering people of all ages and abilities to become happier, healthier and more hopeful, connect with their own sense of personal potential to become active citizens of their local community.
