We are a local charity (based in South Shields) concentrated on the local needs and local services specifically for the over 50s of South Tyneside. We provide:

•  A comprehensive range of advice and support on various issues from checking on 
  benefits, to filling in forms or to just being there for somebody to talk to
• Home Help, Handyperson, Gardening and Transport services. 
• Numerous activities from purely social to hobbyist to Welibeing.
