Art4Space (A4S) is a multi award-winning community arts centre engaging in services and outreach for mental health and well-being support.  Founded in 1999 in Stockwell, Lambeth, with the specific vision to address social isolation through creative expression, we use art to effect positive change within our community. We provide accessible art and creative activities, for all ages and abilities to promote collaboration, self-expression, active citizenship, celebrate diversity, improve mental health and build social connection.

We work together with local partners, healthcare professionals, and young people to co-design our extensive range of art-focused programmes. We've supported over 40,000 vulnerable children, young people and adults with free creative community services. Our collaborations with schools engage over 1500 primary students each year. Our innovative social prescribing programme works together with GP surgeries to assist vulnerable adults with mental health challenges.

We welcome all who experience barriers to opportunities and set them on a path for growth within Art4Space and the community.
