The Bradford (Park Avenue) Sports Foundation is an independent charity based at the Horsfall Community Stadium in South Bradford. Formerly known as the Horsfall Community Trust, we exist to improve lives through sport, education, and community engagement across Bradford and Calderdale.

Our mission is to promote healthy recreation, support social welfare, and empower young people by delivering inclusive programmes that make a real impact. From grassroots football sessions to mental health workshops and school partnerships, we use the power of sport to create opportunities and connect communities.

As Bradford celebrates its City of Culture year in 2025, the Foundation is proud to play an active role in championing local identity and civic pride. We are also working in close partnership with Rotary Bradford West and wider Rotary groups to launch new community initiatives that respond directly to local needs.

In 2024, we welcomed Mathew Everett as our Community Director. Mathew brings extensive experience from his time at The Leeds United Foundation and is leading our efforts to grow, listen, and deliver meaningful, place-based programmes.

The Foundation is overseen by a dedicated board of trustees and supported by volunteers, partners, and Bradford (Park Avenue) AFC.
