Help young adults between 18 to 40 living with kidney disease

We want to put a smile back on the faces of young adults living with kidney disease, we fund holidays, fun days out, activity days, we will try to do all we can to ensure that young adults in treatment stick to their treatment plan, this might be funding driving lessons to ensure they can easily attend dialysis or it may be something that brings more comfort during in their treatment. Our mission is to try and raise awareness of kidney disease and highlighting the early symptoms to encourage people to think about their kidneys and how important they are!
