Hestia empowers vulnerable people to enable them to make positive changes in their lives
Hestia works across London, supporting thousands of adults and children each year including women and children surviving domestic abuse, adults with mental and physical health needs, ex-offenders and older people. Hestia empowers vulnerable people by providing high quality support and housing services to enable them to achieve safety and stability, and the skills and confidence to fully participate in their own care and the wider community.
Why the community needs usWe provide housing and floating support projects to people with needs including domestic abuse, mental health, older people, people with complex needs and ex-offenders. We give service users support to build their confidence, skills and social networks, volunteer and enable them to move on and live more independent lives. We ensure our service users have the chance to shape our services, helping on inspections, recruitment and governance and to get involved through our Better Lives Forum.
