We are an organisation run by women for women aiming to provide affordable counselling for women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds. Counselling issues may include domestic violence, childhood sexual abuse, self harm, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and so on. Your support helps to promote the welfare and interests of all women needing our help.

Why the community needs us
Life pressures are becoming increasingly difficult in modern times, particularly for women facing emotional and financial hardship. Your support will help to empower women to take more control in their lives, develop coping strategies and increase their confidence and self esteem. Women are enabled to provide a positive role model for their children and help future generations.

Our impact on the community
Your donation will help to reduce our waiting list and extend our service to more women - particularly in the face of cuts to NHS and local support services. Last year we provided counselling for 100+ women per week who would otherwise have not received the support they needed; enabling them to live their lives more fully.
