The Llanrumney Hall Community Trust is a community led trust set up to steer the regeneration of Llanrumney Hall into a vital thriving community hub to mitigate and prevent poverty in East Cardiff. We are making a bold proposition to the local community to provide a life changing hub needed by the community and offering services that are not duplicated in the surrounding area.

Over the last few years, the aim of the Trust has been to sympathetically restore and redevelop Llanrumney Hall and after a lot of hard and passionate work, we finally achieved just that. As of Spring 2019, we have been open for business as a multi-purpose community hub. What was once a run down abandoned building is now a regenerated hub that has been given new life to provide resources, activities and charitable help to the people of Llanrumney.​ The Hall now offers the local community the space and facilities that have been lacking in the area of Llanrumney for some time, including: a large community hall; community rooms available to rent at competitive prices; hot desk facilities; classrooms; a creche; a community café; and our beloved food Pantry. We also have plans in the near future to develop a mental health and wellbeing facility, a community music recording studio, an arts, crafts and pottery facility; a community workshop; a 'library of things'; a clothes and upholstery reuse project; youth education and youth work sessions; a bike repair unit; electric charging ports; a repair café and so much more!

Our Registered Charity wants to provide this wonderful area a place that it has deserved for so long but has never been provided.

Donations you make to our Charity will be used to benefit the local community as well as those further afield. We aim to increase opportunities for locals, secure employment for people, provide food and other essential household items to those in need, source educational programmes to people looking for academic prospects, provide extra curricular athletic activities for those interested... the list could go on and on.

We welcome any donation big or small because ultimately it will be a contribution to bettering the lives of those in the area and creating a sustainable community facility for generations to come.

Please note, donation examples listed below are simply guides. As a Charity we will be using any income generated through this Local Giving page to the betterment of The Hall and the local community. This will be used in a variety of ways throughout each year but will always have the interest of our facilities, activities, staff, volunteers and most importantly community at heart of each decision.
