We are a group of mothers who have suffered depression or anxiety, during pregnancy or after the birth of one or more of our babies. We offer support, information and advice to women across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Our services includes a counselling service, peer support groups, a helpline (open Monday to Friday 10.00am - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8pm to midnight), regular support calls and home visits.We also offer a counselling service for Dads.
