At MK CIL we offer an information advice and support centre which provides an extensive range of free and confidential information on all disability related issues, for disabled people, their families, carers and anyone else with an interest in the field of disability.

MK CIL organisational aims are: To be an effective User Led Organisation, To promote empowerment and independence for people with a disability through the provision of professional, independent, impartial, confidential, comprehensive information and advice and support for the people in our community. To provide individual and confidential support services for people with a disability.

Our hardworking Information and Advice Service volunteers and staff have answered 1425 information enquiries for 1123 people on a wide range of subjects including Benefits,Equipment, Mobility, Equipment and Care along with 151 equipment related enquiries answered including where to buy specific items, prices and funding.
