Our Vision: Affect positive change for the future.

A happy, enriched, bold, creative community. People together.

Our Mission: Engage communities through celebratory
outdoor arts. Creating exciting, vibrant art projects which are inspired by the natural environment, heritage and the world we live in. Cultivating a sense of pride, place and belonging.

Our impact on the community

1. Community Engagement & Inclusion

  • Organizing accessible and inclusive annual events like the IW Mardi Gras and Merry and Bright – Festival of Light, which bring together local schools, community groups, artists and the wider community

  • Providing free workshops, such as the planned lantern-making workshop for a local school, ensuring that people from all backgrounds can participate in cultural celebrations.

  • Offering flexible participation in projects so that individuals with different needs, including families and those with limited time, can get involved.

2. Youth & Education

  • Engaging young people in creative projects through our Youth Project Isle of Creativity

  • Collaborating with schools, colleges, and youth groups to encourage participation in arts and performance, and to promote potential future careers in the Creative Arts Industries

  • Supporting emerging artists and performers through hands-on experience in large-scale public events.

3. Cultural & Artistic Development

  • Showcasing traditional and contemporary carnival arts, from giant puppets and big head costumes to eco-friendly printmaking.

  • Partnering with local and national organizations to innovate in outdoor arts, making events more creative and sustainable.
