An arts centre for everyone.
The Newhampton Arts Centre is a hub for creative expression in Wolverhampton. It provides facilities for arts and community groups and encouiages participation in arts and cultural activities. We want everyone to have access to opportunities in the arts, irrespective of social or cultural background, age, ability or income levels. Taking part in the arts contributes to personal growth and happiness and stronger and vibrant communities. NAC is an independent charity with no regular funding.
Why the community needs usThe NAC is unique in Wolverhampton for its range of purpose built facilities for arts and community use. We offer a supportive environment for local charities, arts groups and small businesses and provide opportunities for participation, entertainment and inspiration for all ages.
Our impact on the community60,000 people attended NAC last year, from babies to pensioners, for fun, fulfillment, exercise, friendship, learning.
We welcome volunteers to help with events, marketing and workshops.
