We provide support, accomodation and a range of services to women and children who are suffering or escaping domestic violence.

During 2011-2012 Staffordshire Police recorded a total of 1803 domestic incidents within Lichfield District and Tamworth Borough. Domestic abuse contributed to one fifth of all violent crimes in Lichfield District and Tamworth. Our charity supports the victims of these crimes and helps them develop the skills and confidence to begin living a life that they choose.

Women and children supported through Pathway Project go on to lead purposeful and independent lives requiring no or very little statutory intervention. Children have often witnessed or been the subject of abuse themselves and are quite often very badly traumatised. The work with our children's worker strengthens the family bond and helps them to interact with other children.
