Rothacs has been providing specialist support for survivors of trauma since 2005. Our skilled staff team deliver our mission 'helping survivors of sexual, physical or mental abuse & domestic abuse to fulfil their potential & lead happier, healthier lives' by providing specialist 121 counselling, group and drop in sessions & a specific Independent Sexual Violence Advocacy Service supporting survivors of sexual abuse. During the 2018/19 period we received a total of 902 referral, each year referrals increase as more people come forward regarding trauma they have experienced, using specialist methods of support our team helps survivors to identify triggers in their lives, support their health & wellbeing & help them to create their own self-management tools to move forward in their lives.

I can make plans for the future eg psychology degree" Clients who completed therapy had reduced their depression from an average score of 16 to 5. 90% reported improved mental health, increased confidence and belief in self, and 83% reported improved coping strategies. .
