TiM's aims and objectives are to: 1)Encourage local Christians and churches to pray and work together in new and innovative ways to serve their local communities. 2)Encourage and support local partnership working in meeting the needs of these communities. 3)To show a distinctive Christian ethos in all that is done to serve and support others, while at the same time providing an inclusive service to our communities, respecting the beliefs, faith, and convictions of other individuals and groups.
Why the community needs usOur impact on the communityWe welcome enquiries from anyone with the following skills and experience (and prepared to donate a couple of hours of their time each week or month): fundraising, marketing, copy writing, legal background. We are also regularly looking for more volunteers to work at Cafe B, our exciting Community Cafe project in Burghfield Common, near Reading.
