
Our key focus in 2026-2028 is the suicide prevention app, which is 15% built. The app will be free to use and provide suicidal men with the tools they need to see an alternative to killing themselves.
We also provide training, direct counselling and awareness campaigns. You can see an example of one of our campaigns.

I'm taking on a challenge to complete 100 press-ups every day for 100 consecutive days to raise funds and awareness for Men's Minds Matter. The goal is to raise £1,000. To keep the challenge engaging and maximise awareness, every 5 days there will be a surprise challenge.
