My brother and I are taking on the National 3 Peaks Challenge climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, the three highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales — all within 24 hours. But this is about so much more than a physical challenge; it is personal, and it matters deeply to us both. Between us, we have been on the hard side of mental health. We have lived through the dark days, the silence, the heavy weight you carry alone as men. We know exactly what it feels like to be at breaking point and we know just how close you can come to losing hope entirely. We have found our way through, but we know there are thousands of men right now still suffering in silence. Suicide remains the biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. This needs to change. Our goal is to raise as much money as possible to support men’s mental health services counselling, helplines, support groups and awareness campaigns that break the stigma and give every man a safe place to be heard and helped. Every penny donated will go directly towards saving lives, supporting recovery, and showing men they are never alone. Climbing these mountains will be tough, but we have climbed harder mountains in our heads. Every step we take is for every man still fighting his own battle proof that you can rise again, and that strength means speaking up, not staying quiet. Please sponsor us, share our story, and help us turn our experience into something life‑changing for others
