For my 40th birthday I am planning to do 40 outdoor dips/swims over 40 days. From 24th July to 1st September my aim is to raise funds for Aisling Centre who provide vital mental health and wellbeing services in Fermanagh and the surrounding area. I hope to swim in as many different locations as possible over the 40 days. I would be grateful for any donations and for any fellow outdoor swimmers who would like to join me at any stage along the way.
