I'll be running the Reading Half Marathon in support of a wonderful local charity Home-Start Reading. This will be my first half marathon in over 10 years. Last time I was much younger, fitter and slimmer. Now I ache after walking up the stairs, but I'm aiming to beat my previous time of 1h59mins. Wish me luck!
