Hi All!

So I made a last minute decision to fundraise for Families in Grief, a local North Devon charity with supporting children and their families through grief at the heart.

On Sunday I shall be running their 8 mile Barny to Beach run in the hope to raise them some pennies to support the work they do.

This is the longest race I will have ever done (I have ran 8 miles before.... once..... Very slowly..... With a very long break half way, but it will be fine....I think... and rather wet)
