I'm running 10k in the ABP Southampton Marathon Festival on 3rd May for the CLEAR Project. For the past 25 years CLEAR has been supporting refugees and people seeking safety in Southampton. They do great work offering English language courses, providing advice on housing and employment, helping people find jobs and rebuild their lives. Their approach is one of empowerment, about positive change for people's lives and the wider community. They can only do this fantastic work by getting donations - if you are able to give, even a little, it will really help.
