On Sunday February 16th I will attempt the Brecon to Cardiff Ultramarathon , 43 miles through South Wales to raise money to buy essential Bleed Control Kits .

Bulldogs BCA was one of the first sights in Port Talbot chosen by the High Sherriff West Glamorgan who runs the initiative to have as many kits in situ across her remit as possible

Each Lifesaving kit costs £99 and every penny raised will go to buying kits to give to the High Sheriffs cause.
