Did someone say Round 3?!
What better way to celebrate 10 years of the Ring Of Fire than getting back in the saddle?
This year, to mark the 10 year anniversary, I've signed up to a few mad-cap challenges!
The first ride, I'm supporting Claire and the other women on the first ever Ladies RoF- 50 miles round Bucks, stopping off at the local rugby clubs!
Then, to add to the list, I've decided to take on an abseil at the Northampton Lift Tower... 418ft up!
If that's not enough, a few days later, I'm riding BIGROF26- a short sharp 170 miles in Northern France and Belgium across 1.5 days!
Why, you ask?
Well it's all in aid of supporting the following charities and their amazing work:
Willen Hospice - Compassionate Care for the Community
4ED/MNDA - Supporting Families Affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND)
CRY - cardiac risk for the young
and our very own MKRUFC.
BONUS ROUND:
To celebrate 10 years, I'm also supporing a few more local charities, which play a huge part of my life, and I hold very dearly:
MS Society MK
Prostate Cancer MK
Injured Rugby Players Foundation
Unity MK
Keep your eyes peeled for some other bits happening this year.
If you can donate, share, or whatever you can do to help, I really appreciate it!
Love,
Cal
