On 9th May Chris Bridgman & Abigail (Abiseil) Sunasky will be abseiling down the worlds tallest permanent abseil, the National Lift Tower, at 418ft (127m). In July we take to the waters of Willen Lake in Milton Keynes with our fellow MKRUFC athletes to compete in the annual Dragon Boat Race. If that wasn't enough, Chris is then trekking across the Sahara Desert in August.

Chris has been part of the ten years of Roffing, from the very first London to Paris ride and formed part of the little support crew (small in size and very little help) Some years later, Chris peddled the Dunkirk to Hook-of-Holland ride and following that promised never to get on a saddle again.
