Elizabeth is 86; over the last few years she has made many friends through Cowal Elderly Befrienders. This week she is undertaking a sponsored cycle to raise funds for us. From Monday 16th - Sunday 22nd March, Elizabeth will get on her bike each day and help to keep our minibuses on the road and while keeping herself fit! She will cycle on an exercise bike at home in Dunoon each day without a distance in mind... she doesn't know how far she may get but will let us know next week... today Dunoon, tomorrow the Tour De France?
