I never thought I’d experience losing someone to suicide but here I am, I’ve lost a friend, an uncle and most recently my brother in law.
We’ve been left absolutely broken at losing the most amazing person.
I am doing this challenge to raise funds so that something can change. Men and boys need to know that no matter what, support is always there for them.
Mental health is NOTHING to be ashamed of.
Every week hundreds of men, young and old, are thinking suicide is the only answer. Male suicide is at an all time high and we need to do something.
SUICIDE is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
Please help me to raise as much as possible, not just in Kenneths memory but for all the men who couldn’t find their voice. Let’s make a change.

I am aiming to do 2 miles a day throughout July, either by walking or cycling! Wish me luck.
