This Thursday, on what looks like what will be a very cold night, I am sleeping rough with other brave people, helping raise awareness and money for two homeless charities here in Cornwall - St Petrocs and Amber Foundation. I know times are tough for all – but if you’re homeless it’s even tougher, and no one should ever be without a warm bed at night. Please do help me by just a small donation. £5 (the price of a bottle of wine!) is all I am asking. Thanks everyone! Every little donation helps.
Well done Georgie x
Good luck Georgie xx

We're working to end street homelessness in Cornwall.
Find out more about the charity
For the last seven years the Eden Project has hosted an annual Sleep Out outside the Biomes, raising thousands of pounds for homelessness charities St Petrocs and the Amber Foundation. Last year, restrictions meant 84 participants slept out in their own garden or their lounge floor, and managed to raise around £10,000 for the two charities. With government guidance now allowing for crowds to gather, Eden is once again opening its doors for the real life, Sleep Out experience in 2021. On the night, participants are invited to ‘sleep rough’ underneath the canopy of the Link Building between our Biomes to get a feel for what it's like to be a rough sleeper - if only for one night.
