This year we are fundraising for such a wonderful and hardworking cause - Men's Minds Matter. Having struggled with my own mental health end of 2024, It opened my eyes to how little support there is for such amazing causes. Roughly 36,000 men lose their life to suicide a year, that's 36,000 too many. After my struggle with mental health I have since become a men's mental health advocate and do what I can to support men going through a rough patch but with places like Men's Minds Matter they give men a safe space to go and seek much needed important help.
