On 16th May, I’ll be joining my colleagues to take on a demanding 40km trek across the three iconic Yorkshire peaks: Pen‑y‑Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. With steep climbs and tough terrain, we’re aiming to complete the challenge within 12 hours, all in support of PAPYRUS, a charity dedicated to preventing young suicide.
This cause is incredibly important to us at Emperor. We were deeply affected by the loss of a much‑loved and respected colleague, and we want to honour their memory by helping PAPYRUS continue its vital, life‑saving work.
Any donation, big or small, would mean so much and will spur our team on through every step, especially when the fatigue sets in.
As Sir Edmund Hillary said: “It is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves.”
