To celebrate the 10 anniversary of the Ring of Fire cycling charity event I’m re committing to “BigRoF26”. Big in name and context but smaller on the miles for this particular event. This looks like the icing on the cake so to speak. Please continue to support us crazy non athletes cycling 170 miles in 2 days. Heading from Dover (1/2 day) on Thursday 14th May arriving @ Dunkirk and riding to the Menin Gate in Ypres. Attending the “Last Post” before reflecting with some local beers. Then 6am start on Friday 15th heading to Plugstreet (twinned with Wolverton), Vieux Berquin and riding back to Dunkirk by 6pm. No ride we do is easy and we will draw on past experiences as well as motivation of the great causes:

Willen Hospice, 4Ed/MNDA,CRY (cardiac risk in the young) and of course MKRUFC.    Like past years I self-fund my ride so all your good money go’s to the charities.
