The toughest bike ride challenge we have undertaken to date, to top off the 10th year of activities.

This ride takes us from our second home (Hotel de la Plage) in Valras Plage, to Minerve to Carcasonne to Limoux. A glass of wine in the square in Limoux at sunset. Bravo.

Day 2 : Limoux to Mirepoix to Foix , with a detour up the Montsegur climb (Tour de France 2026)...

Day 3 : The toughie: Foix back to Perpignan , 90 miles with 5,500 ft of ascent/descent. Ouch

Day 4 : Perpignan to Narbonne to Valras. Relatively 'gently' if the winds are not ahead of us...

Day 5: Valras (home) to Sete to Pinet (as in Picpoul de Pinet...yes a hyrdation stop) back to Valras...leiasurely , a warm down
