Our Ladies Raising Funds & Glasses Fundraiser Story
On Saturday 14th March from 2pm, nine of us ladies will be taking on a charity pub crawl around Ampthill to raise money for a local charity very close to our hearts — the Bedfordshire Down’s Syndrome Support Group.
Throughout the afternoon we’ll be making our way through the brilliant pubs of Ampthill — and even stopping by the Rugby Club — to spread the word about the support group and the amazing work it does for children, adults, and families across Bedfordshire. You’ll spot us easily… some of us will be wearing bright, joyful tutus to help bring extra smiles, spark conversations, and shine a light on this fantastic cause.
The support group provides vital activities, events, guidance, and emotional support for families who rely on their services. Every donation helps them continue offering safe, inclusive spaces and opportunities that make a meaningful difference to so many lives.
Our mission is simple:
Raise awareness. Raise funds. Raise glasses.
And have the best time doing it together as a team and community.
