My name is Lewis. You might remember me from last year… well, I’m stepping back into the ring again. My White Collar Boxing match will take place at the O2 in Bournemouth on Saturday 18th July 2026.
Just like last year, this fight is in memory of two of my close friends, Brandon Day and Elliott Holmes, who both tragically lost their lives due to mental health struggles.
This fight is not only about remembering Brandon and Elliott, but also about helping myself and hopefully inspiring others too. Boxing has helped me massively with my own mental health. I’m fitter physically, stronger mentally, and every time I train I think about others who may be struggling silently. I’d encourage anyone going through tough times to find something positive that helps them, just like boxing has helped me.
While taking to the ring, I’m hoping to raise funds for the Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund, supporting young people from my hometown of Gravesend, Kent.
The Elliott Holmes Memorial Fund provides vital mental health support and counselling for young people aged 13–19 across Gravesham.
Last year, with the incredible support of family, friends, and the local communities both here in Poole and back home in Gravesend, I managed to raise over £2,000. Not only did I win my fight, but I was also honoured to receive the Golden Glove Award for raising the most funds.
This year, I’m going again and I’d love your support. Please donate whatever you can, share this link, and most importantly, take care of yourselves and each other.
