My name is Frank Stephens,

I am a running the Manchester Marathon on Sunday 18th April 2027 to raise money for the charity Mens Minds Matter. This is to raise awareness of the number of men who we lose each year to suicide and to support a charity who are pushing for more men to speak up about their mental health, working hard to breakdown the stigma associated with it.
