Ultra Running to Raise Awareness for Male Suicide
Hi there thanks for visiting my page!
Men's mental health is sometimes a taboo topic and even though people are talking about it more and more, people are still suffering in silence and not seeking help. Someone close to me recently lost a family member to suicide and it really hit home and highlighted how much of an issue it still is.
I am running 3 ultra marathons in 2023 and trying to raise £1000 for Men's Minds Matter - a men's mental health charity in the process.
Prior to 2023, I'd never run an ultra marathon before and I am taking on some big races in 3 different locations across the summer.
1) Multi-Day Ultra in the Azores - 110km
2) Single-Day Ultra in the Dolomites - 103km
3) Single-Day Ultra in the Swiss Alps - 68km
Please donate and support a worthy cause - it would also be appreciated if you can share this page with someone else!
Thanks
Marius

About Dolomiti Extreme Trail - 103km
Over 100 kilometers, 7150 meters in altitude, 5 UTMB points, 29 hours of maximum time. These are the numbers, certainly not enough to describe a race capable of arousing indescribable emotions. The route retraces for many sections the “Anello Zoldano”, the Zoldo Ring, the famous high route that allows you to discover the peaks that form the natural setting of the Val di Zoldo.
