About
The Civic is a much loved Grade 2 listed building in the heart of Barnsley since 1877. I am a trustee of The Civic and want to help secure its future through helping complete an ambitious renovation project over the next 5 years.
Through running the London Marathon 2019, thanks to my club Kingstone Runners Barnsley for my place, I want to raise £1000 towards the capital fundraising appeal - Connect
Currently visitors and the community can only enjoy and use a small part of this much loved building. By opening up the whole building we will create more opportunities for everyone to see the brilliant shows, exciting exhibitions and make the most of this vital public venue.
Help me make sure that the Civic continues to thrive for another 100 years.
