​Every step we take has a purpose. This year,  we are lacing up our running shoes for the Fila 10k, pushing our boundaries for a cause that is deeply, intensely personal.

We aren’t just running for fitness; we are running for family, for awareness, and for a future free from Huntington’s disease.

​Huntington’s disease is a reality my family knows all too intimately. It is a devastating genetic condition that has impacted many of our loved ones, stealing precious lives and leaving a profound mark on our hearts. Most recently, my cousin Gary was diagnosed, bringing the reality of this disease right back to the forefront of our lives. We have watched too many members of our family fight this battle and pass away as a result of it.

​Through my business, Magz Medics, I dedicate my life to care and health. Now, Magz Medics is proudly stepping up to run in honor of Gary and every single family member we have lost. We want to turn our grief and our hope into tangible action.

​That is why we are raising vital funds for the incredible support groups that stand by families affected by Huntington’s. When a family faces this diagnosis, these groups provide the essential care, guidance, and community that help people navigate the darkest days. They ensure no one has to walk this road alone.
