On 19th November, I’m challenging myself to take on a Firewalk to raise money for Spark Oldham and help to continue work supporting local men of all ages.

The money I raise will help Spark to create more opportunities for men to look after their mental health and wellbeing, connect with other people and, sometimes most importantly, give themselves a bit of time and space away from everything else going on in life.

Through Spark’s men’s work, they want to create places where people can turn up as they are, have a chat, get involved in something, meet new people and know that support is there when they need it.
