Phoenix FM has been a longstanding community resource for Halifax and surrounding areas. Formed in 2007, we have built a strong reputation as an inclusive space not only for radio but other related forms of communication. Every year there have been positive things to make us proud of being who we are, however, there are always things that come along to test your endurance and belief in what you do. This year has been exceptional for these.

 I never understood the term ‘perfect storm’ but we are having to weather one now. A series of events all came at once which are testing us to the limits. However, when we look at the people we are honoured to serve, it makes us  more determined. The following article highlights what happened

Fortunately we received a grant to help us rebuild but unfortunately as so many organisations are in need of financial support, we only  received half of what we needed to rebuild our studios. To enable us to get back to doing what we do best, we need your help to complete our new space.
