Rosemary's "Captain Tom" Driveway Walk Challenge
Recently I had my 96 birthday and my friend Duncan suggested I do 96 laps of my parking area to raise money for the Bath Life Project. This Christian charity, which supports people with learning disabilities, is very close to my heart.
I hope to do the laps between July 9th and August 7th. It will be a challenge to me physically and mentally. My mobility and balance have suffered from lack of use during lockdown and practising yesterday I only managed 4 laps!!! I would greatly appreciate any contribution you could give.
For more information about their work please see their website: www.lifeprojectbath.org.uk. Thank you. Rosemary
Incredibly inspirational Grandma, I see no reason to not keep going!
Well done Rosemary, Sandy
