Rum Tasting Online-Boxing Day World Record Attempt

Rompa’s Reggae Shack teams up with The Duppy Share to bring you a Boxing Day online rum tasting session with a twist. Expect reggae, award winning rum, carnival dancers, laughter, and lots of prizes, whilst at the same time attempting a world record attempt for the amount of people on an online rum tasting event at any one time.

The event will be raising money and awareness for Tonic Music For Mental Health and £1 from every ticket will be donated to Tonic & some of the special guests have waived their appearance fee, which will now be donated to Tonic and will be confirmed after the event exactly how much is being donated.

All kind donations will go to the Tonic Rider programme

The Tonic Rider programme supports live music venues across the UK by raising awareness of suicide and mental health issues within the music industry. The programme is designed for artists, roadies, managers, promoters, sound crews, production crews and everyone in between. Tonics aim is to target green rooms and venues across the UK, and to include the Tonic Rider on all rider lists, wall posters & digital information. The Tonic Rider provides information on coping strategies, anxiety, depression, performance anxiety and post-show blues, along with signposting to services that can help in a crisis. 

By supporting the Tonic Rider campaign, you will be joining Tonic on their mission to raise suicide & mental health awareness, challenge stigma and promote mental wellbeing through music and the arts.
