On Saturday I will be taking on Kielder 10k. 10 years after my running journey started. Little legs ache much more at 50. But this time im running in memory of my Brother in Law Paul who sadly died February 2025. Paul lived with his own addictions but was so loved by all who knew him. Therefore I want to raise funds for ESCAPE family support Ashington who do so much for families with loved ones facing the same difficulties Paul faced in his memory.

We all have times our mental health is poor and running offers me a free escape from lifes challenges. Please if you can spare a few pennies lets support a fantastic charity who make a huge difference.
