My name is Kirsty, I am the SEND lead for PAL fitness Education and I run sessions in Worcestershire for SEND families.
5 years ago this summer we started PAL SEND running 2 sessions a week. Now we run up to 7 days a week and alongside our SEND family activities we also run a respite provision, Alternative provision, Enhanced learning opportunity with local schools, SEND Dance and multisport classes, pre-school stay and play, out of education club, SEND Family youth club and adapted bikes!
Being a CIC we rely heavily on funding to support our projects and this is becoming harder to secure, So myself, my colleague Alice and two SEND mums Ellys and Vicki have decided to run the Evesham 10k!
We would like to raise funds to cover the cost of this years SEND family Christmas party where we create a fully accessible and inclusive grotto experience where every child gets a gift and a meet and greet with Santa. We would also like to run a party with food and face painting/glitter tattoos alongside this.
Any additional funds raised will go towards our ELO project, where we work with local schools to bring groups of children up to the Velo park where they can experience the 1k track, our range of adapted bikes and we also teach them to ride where possible.
we would really appreciate your support in anyway you can wether its by donating or sharing! I personally have zero running experience and will be relying on the others to carry me over the finish line!

10k run around Evesham
