I’m taking on a 15,000ft skydive to raise money and awareness for Men’s Minds Matter, an organisation dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting men’s mental health.
This cause is incredibly important to me because I know what it feels like to reach a point where things become overwhelming and where life feels like more than you can handle. I’ve faced some very dark moments in my own mental health journey, including a time where I didn’t think I could carry on. Through those experiences, I’ve learned how important it is to have support, to talk, and to remind people that they are not alone.
I previously completed a 10,000ft skydive, but that challenge was for myself. It was about facing a fear, pushing myself outside my comfort zone, and feeling alive. This time, the challenge is different. This 15,000ft skydive has a bigger purpose. It’s about raising awareness, helping others, and supporting a cause that works to save lives.
Too many men struggle in silence because they feel they have to stay strong or deal with everything alone. I want to help change that and encourage people to speak up before they reach breaking point.
Any donation, no matter how big or small, will help support the important work Men’s Minds Matter does. If you can’t donate, sharing this fundraiser could help it reach someone who needs it.
Thank you for supporting me and this important cause.
