Hi everyone,
Me & my sister (Hannah & Abigail) are doing the SNOWDON SUNSET SUMMIT for MENS MINDS MATTER on 13th June 2026.
To help raise awareness & help for men struggling with mental health.
This is a subject that sits very close to our hearts and we will be completing this in honour/memory of our wonderful brother DAMIAN TAYLOR who we sadly lost at the end of 2024. Our lives will never be the same again following such a huge loss as a family, It’s been the hardest thing we as a family have ever been through and if we can help and save other families from this horrific feeling then we will be proud.
Mental health IS a serious matter “ITS OK TO NOT BE OK!”
I have always said there is not enough acceptance or help for men that are struggling inside and “it’s ok not to be ok no matter your gender” but through the years as many of you have more than likely noticed yourselves not many men reach out for the help they desperately need and feel as though they have to shutdown & struggle because they will be seen as “weak or not enough” or that there is no way out of their headspace, this has to change.
No one deserves to suffer in silence and even if we can help just one person it’s a step in the right direction.
We are proud to be raising money towards such an amazing charity, we will continue to use our voice, speak up and hope we can help spread awareness and save precious lives.
We appreciate all the support & thankyou.
