Richard was a wonderful husband and dad whilst being a great friend to many. He always made the world a brighter place and we're all heartbroken that he isn't walking with us this week as it was one of his favourite things to do.
We want to highlight the importance of men talking openly about how they feel. No matter who you are, there are always so many people that care about you, who will do anything they can to help. Speaking out may feel impossible, but by doing so, everyone benefits. So please talk.
A message to men out there - you're loved, appreciated and your efforts are recognised much more than you may think.
We feel that one of the best ways to portray this really important message is for family and friends of Richard’s to tackle the Snowdonia Way in his memory - it's one of the walks Richard had planned to do, covering 97 miles over 6 days...no mean feat!!! A large group of us will be walking from the 12th - 17th April 2026 for a charity that is very close to all our hearts and any donations are very much appreciated.
Thank you
