I am doing a sponsored walk on the 27th September 2026 for Huntingtons in aid of me and my mum who have it. I am doing it in Northern Ireland a walk around the mall.

I’m taking on this walk for my mum and for myself. Huntington’s disease is something that has affected my family for years. My mum is currently battling this cruel disease, and watching someone you love change because of Huntington’s is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Recently, I found out that I have also been diagnosed with Huntington’s. Finding that out has been incredibly difficult, especially knowing what my mum is going through and knowing that Huntington’s is now something I will have to face too. So I’m doing this walk for my mum, for myself, and for everyone whose lives have been affected by Huntington’s disease. 💜I want to turn something heartbreaking into something positive by raising money towards research, support and hopefully a future where families like mine don’t have to live with the fear of Huntington’s.
