Susan is taking on the 5K at the Bedford Running Festival to raise money for Living It Up, a Bedfordshire charity that is very close to her heart.

Her daughter, Claire, works for Living It Up and has seen first hand the difference the charity makes every day. The charity provides social, creative and educational opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping to reduce isolation, build confidence and create lasting friendships.

Susan wanted to support Claire and the amazing work of the whole Living It Up team by taking on the 5K challenge. Every donation, no matter the size, will help the charity continue providing activities, events, arts programmes and befriending opportunities that make a real difference to people's lives across Bedfordshire.
