Hi everyone, I will be running from Barney to Beach for Families in Grief on Sunday 13th September 2026.

It is an 8 mile run from town to tide, for a local charity supporting bereaved families.

I have always loved keeping fit, especially running and cycling.

It will be very worthwhile raising money whilst doing something that I love!! 🏃‍♀️
